Return and Exchanges

Return Policy

You may request a return as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • The item is not scratched, or damaged
  • All original packaging and tags are still attached
  • The return request is submitted within 14 days from the date you received your order

Please note:

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns.
  • Sale items are strictly non-returnable.
  • Items purchase using store credit (from a previous return) are not eligible for a refund again.
  • All approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit, valid for one year.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at pawchi.co@outlook.sg with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We will reply with detailed return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship the parcel back to us using a trackable courier.
  5. Once we’ve received and inspected your item, we will notify you via email and issue your store credit.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Any gift with purchase included in the order must also be returned together with the item.
  • We are not liable for parcels lost or damaged during return transit.

Wrong Item / Defective Item

We’re very sorry if you’ve received the wrong item or a defective product.

If this happens:

  1. Contact us at pawchi.co@outlook.sg within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • A short description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the defect or incorrect item
  3. We will review your case and arrange either:
    • A replacement, or
    • A refund (if the item is no longer in stock)
  4. If a return is needed, we will provide instructions and cover the return shipping fee.

Can I Exchange an Item?

We do not offer direct 1-to-1 exchanges at the moment.

If you wish to change product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order. This helps ensure faster and smoother processing.
